cantor-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for cantor, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cantor-dbg
cantor-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cantor-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cantor-dbg *
You will get with cantor-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
